   1. Recreate the Session 4 code
   2. Changes\Improvements to the Session 4 code
      1. Remove the enumerate function
      2. Get a GOLD STAR!!! -- Don't use JSON. Try to create a dictionary for each row by hand
      3. Get a GOLD STAR!!! -- Fix the JSON import errors in the file using python
      4. Figure out what year had the most UFO sightings. Answer in session 5
